It's a one-time fee for building your system: designing and writing your website, setting up your toll-free number, training your AI receptionist on your business, and configuring your client intake form and CRM. You pay it once, at the start.
What's included in the $497 a month?
Your website hosting and maintenance, the 24/7 AI receptionist, your toll-free number, chat and social media replies, your intake form, and CRM access. It also includes $10/month of usage credit for calls, texts, and AI minutes. Busy months can go past that credit; when they do, usage tops up in $10 increments and shows up itemized on your statement.
Does the AI actually sound like a person?
It holds a natural conversation, asks your qualifying questions, and books the appointment. It doesn't pretend to be human — if a caller asks, it says it's an assistant. Book a call and we'll let you talk to it live before you decide anything.
Can it really be live in 5 days?
Yes, as long as we get your intake form back on day one. We build from a proven framework and configure it to your business, so we're not starting from scratch. You'll review a preview before anything goes live.
What if I already have a website?
If it's converting, we can run the AI receptionist, chat, and CRM alongside it. If it isn't, we'll build the new one and you can keep your existing domain.
Am I locked in?
